The firm is a leading independent business law firm located in Brussels. Its Corporate & Finance department is one of the largest in Belgium. It assists national and international clients in all corporate and financial matters.
Function
- You deal with all aspects of M&A transactions
- You advise on various corporate law issues
- You provide assistance in complex reorganisations
- You manage client relationships
Profile
- You hold a Belgian Master’s degree in law and have obtained very good academic results
- You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a leading law firm, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions
- Your writing skills are excellent
- You are pragmatic and client-oriented with a commercial mindset
- You are a native French speaker and have a very good knowledge of English
