Function
Within the Legal & Tax department, you will be part of a young, dynamic and versatile team. Under the supervision of experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for drafting and monitoring the execution of contracts for AG Real Estate's various activities (retail, offices, logistics, nursing homes, public buildings...), whether for investments or development projects. More specifically, your tasks will include:
- Preparing agreements with contractors and architects, contracts for the purchase, sale and option of land or buildings, contracts for the disposal of real estate assets (ordinary leases, commercial leases, precarious occupancy contracts, usufruct contracts...) and related deeds (easements, basic deeds, volumes...)
- Carrying out legal research and preparing opinions on real estate law, civil law and/or administrative law
- Studying and monitoring legal developments and case law in the above-mentioned areas in collaboration with your colleagues
- Preparing models and standard contracts in the above-mentioned areas in collaboration with your colleagues
- Litigation monitoring (drafting out-of-court settlements or coordinating with lawyers during legal proceedings)
Profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in law
- You have a first experience in real estate law or civil law and are passionate about the property sector
- You are curious, rigorous (detail-oriented) and pragmatic
- You are proactive and have a sense of initiative
- You are an excellent communicator (both written and spoken)
- You are flexible and stress-resistant
- You are service-oriented and enjoy working in a team
- You are fluent in Dutch or French and have an excellent knowledge of the other language
