Senior Associate Corporate M&A | Leading Law Firm

For a leading independent Belgian law firm, I am looking for a Senior Associate with solid M&A experience. French speaking with very good knowledge of English.

The firm is a leading independent business law firm located in Brussels. Its Corporate & Finance department is one of the largest in Belgium. It assists national and international clients in all corporate and financial matters.

• You deal with all aspects of M&A transactions
• You advise on various corporate law issues
• You provide assistance in complex reorganisations
• You manage client relationships

• You hold a Belgian Master’s degree in law and have obtained very good academic results
• You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a leading law firm, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions
• Your writing skills are excellent
• You are pragmatic and client-oriented with a commercial mindset
• You are a native French speaker and have a very good knowledge of English
